It always amazes me how well mannered these dogs are Holding food up high as he is doing around hungry dogs would normally get you attacked yet there is no fighting amongst them and the way they come for cuddles is amazing. I often spend WEEKS  with stray dogs that have been recued and given to me to foster just to get them to approach for food 

Raw chicken bones are fine for dogs ( mine get fed raw chicken wings as a treat ) its the cooked ones that can splinter and cause major problems 

Yes I think different shops adopt them. One Winter in Istanbul they had an extremely harsh snow.   Onur (Adorable Paws) filmed a video showing the Istanbul shop keepers and mall had opened their doors to let stray dogs sleep inside.
