Yes, I have been ask that, and responded, yes, I am covered in the blood.
They immediately understood my answer. Do you?
Do you believe ALL that is written in the bible, or only what makes sense to you?

Are you saved, Locust. Are you saved by the blood of the Lamb?
If so, how were you saved if I may ask without offense?
Simple questions for any born again saved believer in the Christ, Jesus, the son of God, the Messiah..

Thanks, Locust...

From the sideline: This seems a fair and direct question to be asking, one that hopefully may be answered.

those called the evildoers do know of Jesus Matthew 24:5 says, "For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Messiah,' and will deceive many"

and BTW will be deceived .

2 Corinthians 13:5 New International Version
Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?

The verse in Matthew 7.23 highlights the fact that salvation is by grace "THROUGH FAITH" not of works as per the claims of those who trust in their prophesying, casting out demons, and all manner of activities in the name of the Lord.

We know we are saved by faith. Every day we should wake up as if we are Jesus Himself on earth, and looking to Him as the Author and Finisher of our faith, having the same joy that was set before Him every day leading up to His death on the cross, knowing that He has accomplished the only WORK that brings salvation, and that He is appropriately seated at the right hand of God's throne. [Hebrews 12:2]

From my notes:

The Christian Doctrine of Assurance of Salvation is a theological concept that assures believers of their eternal security in Christ. It's rooted in the idea that once a person truly accepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, they are granted eternal life and can be confident of their salvation. This assurance is based on several key elements:

  1. Faith in Jesus Christ: Believers trust in Jesus Christ's atoning sacrifice on the cross for their sins.

  2. Promises in Scripture: Numerous Bible verses, such as John 10:28-29 and Romans 8:38-39, affirm the security of the believer.

  3. Inner Witness of the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit testifies to the believer's spirit, providing assurance of their status as God's children.

  4. Transformation and Perseverance: Genuine faith is evidenced by a transformed life and perseverance in the faith.

We endure because we are saved.   We don't endure to get saved.   Likewise our works will follow suit because of having the indwelling Holy Spirit.

I'm something of a smarty ,I will quickly ask ,saved from what ? normally its not a question any are expecting. as it is right now we have a enemy  1 Corinthians 15:26 says, " The last enemy to be destroyed is death.

Dad said we have to assist others in our answers.  And thus we have to listen to Him in being a Temple to Him.  And He will give us our answers for the sake of the person who asked.  And they all have different reasons for asking.

I also asked that question in my life and Dad sent someone to my school where I was only 18 at that time.   So now after many years I and answer like this.

I agree with you that our saving is also "ongoing".  We are always growing up in being "more saved".   My first saving was from my fear of hell in the afterlife.  And Dad sent someone to my school who had a Gift of Evangelist to speak to all in the school hall.  And there He saved me from that fear.  Where I entered the Creation in my mind and soul by Him.   Where my mind started to know that I will be with Him in the afterlife and my soul experienced the joy always when I thought of it.

4.      Transformation and Perseverance: Genuine faith is evidenced by a transformed life and perseverance in the faith.

The Biblical conditional clauses of the "ifs, perseverance, and until the end (apostatize) " seem to bear out genuine or saving faith. However, what is the spiritual status of those with faith the size of a mustard seed? As Jesus' disciple, had the Lord not allowed doubting Thomas to probe Jesus's wounds (faith alone), which culminated in Thomas' confession, My Lord and my God, what was his eternal fate, that of Judas?

I want to preface my following thoughts by suggesting the majority view does not necessitate the correct view and differences in our exegesis.

The majority view holds that Matthew uses the kingdom of God and the kingdom of heaven as interchangeable. I am not dogmatic with my current view, but eight separate and distinct kingdoms are identified in scripture.

I view the kingdom of God as everything that exists and created: a higher plane, multidimensional, the earth, the cosmos, time, space and matter, the angels, the heavenly host, the spiritual realm. I see the kingdom of heaven (3D) first offered to the Jews, which John the Baptist preached, and Jesus also preached for a short time until it appeared rejected. I see the kingdom of heaven as everything physical and visible and manifesting here on earth at the second advent, with the New Jerusalem (Length x Width x Height) coming down from heaven, ushering in eternity.

John 1:12 (KJV) But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: [Emphasis mine]

The first Adam was the only human created as a son of God, granted dominion, kingship, and authority in God's image. Those thereafter, through the second Adam, have the power to become future sons of God.

Luke 3:38 (KJV) Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God. (bēn ʾĕlōhîm)

What is an inherence?

1 Corinthians 6:10 (KJV) Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 15:50 (KJV) Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. [emphasis mine]

Inherit: κληρονομέω (klēronomeō). vb. to inherit. To receive rights or real property in perpetuity by means other than purchase or exchange.[1] [Not any works]

The question frequently debated on this forum is: Is inherence a rebirth right to enter the kingdom of heaven here on earth, or is it a reward, and works gain entrance?

I vote for the former over the latter. I view our crowns, positions, and authority in the kingdom as rewards for service, not entrance into the kingdom of heaven.

To think otherwise presents many other theological questions and debates, such as those with saving faith who are not getting or delayed glorified bodies at the church harpazo.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
