Simpsons reveal the rapture.

At about 16 mine in it talks about the Rapture.

Well, I'm not sure that is a rapture reveal, per se. The episode is actually spoofing the movie Left Behind.

Yes, it is nebula, however, it is bringing up the subject that many see on utube, or many don`t even know about.

The Simpson's is very,very worldly. I can remember watching that episode years ago. I think they were mocking God but they always mocked God on that show.

Yes, I can imagine. Thus, it was good to see the person talking about the show give a good gospel message at the end of his video and explain the rapture. Think of the many young people that would see that.

Lol the Simpsons is the longest running irreverent cartoon in existence. They mock everything. Literally. The creators have a very active imagination and make fun of everything and spoof everything and come up with all kinds of possibilities for future events. With as many episodes as they have and all the different stuff they've thrown out, statistically yes they're going to get some things right-hence why people are always posting memes about them saying "look what the Simpsons predicted and got right" (while incidentally ignoring all the stuff they didn't get right) 

So yes they made an episode mocking the rapture. Not really a surprise. They're not even the only show to do so, seems to me family guy made a couple jobs at the rapture as well.

Hi Pat,

I agree I am not impressed by what man or Satan have done. However, let us be encouraged that the Lord can work it for good. You see there are many, many people (especially the youth) who do watch the Simpsons and even this video. If they have never heard of the rapture, then they can look up on the internet or the Bible and find out more. The Lord can use even those who `mock` or have `selfish ambition` to reach others with His truth.

Maybe... but it's more likely to be lost in all the other garbage.

And maybe your experience is different, but I have never met anyone who came to Christ via end times talk. Most of the world considers it a joke, and Christians consider it as a point of division. 

Personally I don't put much, of any stock in the Simpsons. If you can find me just one example of that episode even getting someone in church, maybe I'll reconsider my view, but until then, I'll just choose to not pay the Simpsons any heed.
