I'm not sure there is a short on this subject for it pertains to Lucifer's pride getting the best of him and his rebellion against the authority of the Father.

This planet and maybe the whole universe is set up to show all the heavenly beings what would transpire if Lucifer was allowed to run loose on things.

Many books have been written about it but from my viewpoint, it was given to him through the sin of Adam and all this is an object lesson for the rest of everything along with creating a new form of entity to replace the fallen angels.

I'll give a short answer on it, it's because those calling themselves Christian cooperate with those powers and and accept those powers as their worldly master instead of separating themselves from them.

 

It is, after all, easier and more convenient to do that than to actually practice the rules God set for us in the way we live our lives.

 

The Church today teaches a different doctrine than it did in its beginning, and the Christians within it eagerly follow it.  Its just plain easier that way, and the immediate gratifications are greater.

The verses you're referencing is explaining the unseen realm that exists in the world,the spiritual warfare that is actively working to spread evil by influencing humankind on every level- the ordinary man,the rich,the poor,kings and paupers too

Lucifer and one third of the rebellious angels in Heaven were cast out of Heaven and are as real and present as you and I ,their biggest accomplishment is that people don't believe they exist,God's Word Tells us they do ....

Adam & Eve were in the Garden of Eden,a Paradise with everything Good and all they would ever need or want and had Dominion but they fell into temptation by the enemy,disobeyed God and that was the first sin against God- (I often wonder how satan crept into the garden but he was obviously there)

After that they were cast out of the Garden and I believe that suggests the rest of the planet where the fallen angels were and loosed to wreak havoc as they still do----so these millions of unseen evil entities do rule this world with temptation,deception,evil thoughts,ideas etc ..man is mostly unaware and very vulnerable until we are Born Again and have Authority in Christ,recognize ,rebuke and make use of God's Full Armor and weapons of warfare-:the Sword of the Spirit ...

Anyway,does that help at all? I think human beings are very much the minority in comparison to the unseen...but with God in Christ no weapon formed against thee shall prosper!

If we look to the bible, it says that Lucifer before it fell from the sin of pride, as a  guardian cherub (Ezekial 28:14)= angelic being but (not and arch angel like Micheal as some people think ) So Lucifer as a guardian cherub had the duties of guarding the garden of Eden : (Ezekial  18:13 'Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God'). and did travel from the earth to heaven and walked in the garden of Eden before he became corrupted by his own sin of pride.Isaiah 14:12-17,Ezekiel 28:12-19,John 8:44 KJV 

So Lucifer before he fell, did walk around in the garden of Eden. So after sin was found in Lucifer it is then that God cast him out of heaven, (Because God is Light and no darkness can Live in Gods Light: 1 John ch1)  and cast down to earth realm.

 In Isaiah 14:4–17 it mentions the "son of the morning" who had "fallen from heaven" and was "cast down to the earth". In verse 12 of this passage, the Hebrew word that referred to the morning star was translated into Latin as lucifer.

In Genesis, we read that after God created Everything, He found ALL that He CREATED =GOOD. So if ALL God created was  good then nothing can be bad.

In the biblical account of creation we read how God made everything and then “God looked at everything he had made, and he found it very good” (Genesis 1:31)

If we stay with what the Bible, Gods Word has to say:

It is sometime after the seventh day when God rested from creating, that the FALL of Lucifer took  place.

Lucifer was the first to sin, than 1/3 of the angels followed him amd fell as well and they got kicked out of heaven and became earth bound.

Becoming earth bound, this is when they: (fallen angels along with fallen Cherub Lucifer tried and still tries to corrupt ALL of Gods creation.

 satan /Lucifer,  after his fall then began the temptaions to deceive with Eve, that ended up corrupting the whole earth.

saten intention & goal  is to corrupt the whole world and make it all his own. Satan is a counterfeit of everything good and his goal and purpose is to corrupt and possess everything and try and usurp God power.

And this is why God sent His only begotten Son Christ Jesus, to buy us back from the power of this now corrupted world by satan .

YEE Christ Jesus died on the cross for our sins and has given us His Word to help us overcome and Live with Him an through him and by His Holy Word.

Christ Jesus broke the power of sin on the cross of Calvery: it was finished;John 19:28-30 is saying not only does He take away man's sin, but now He removes it as far as the east is to the west, to those who turn their faith to God and repent of their sins and become born again through Him .

Until his final judgment, Satan is "the prince of this world" (John 14:30),

Satan unfortunately and the angelic  beings that fell with him, still roam the earth to see who the can devour.

First Epistle: 1 Peter (5:8): Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.

Adam was God's husbandman on earth.  He was given dominion over the earth by God Almighty.  All of humanity was contained in Adam.  When Adam yielded to the manipulation and temptation of Satan, and turned away from God, by seeking independence from God, he ceded his God given dominion over the world to Satan.  Satan manipulated and deceived Adam into ceding dominion over the world so he could take it.  Jesus redeems us, and the entire world.  He buys everything back, and restores it to it's proper state.  Jesus pays the price for Adam's fall, and our fallen state.  Each of us must reclaim our dependence on God Almighty, through Jesus Christ, to correct Adam's sin in us.  We must become new men.  Seeking independence from God is the root of all sin.  All of us must choose God Almighty, and Jesus Christ freely.  This was God's purpose before the foundations of the world.  True love must be freely given and embraced.

You cannot blame the devil. He just takes advantage of man's sinful nature.

John 3:19-21 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.

Anything of the world which accommodates evil is an

Psalm 74:20 Have respect unto the covenant:

for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.

The darkness provides the abode for devils and every unclean spirit
