I see that the mountainous outline transmits through a representation of a cactus, perhaps a storefront glass reflection, and reflections on water too. Pretty cool imagery. People of different regions create displays in keeping with their own regional traditions. Living here in the desert southwest, which has many saguaro cactus, is their way to join in with the spirit of the season. Christmas is not meant to be a somber, rigid expression of our Savior's birth but can be a lighthearted way to still remember "the Reason for the season". Blessed Christmas to you and yours. So some neighborhoods like to decorate (or in this case create) a way to join in the celebration of Jesus' coming. Of course this is a man-made representation.
