Daniels prophecies are very clear. The biggest problem is so many christians believe the Pharisees interpretation of Daniel so they've all been misled by blind guides.

What actually does that mean?

Solus Christus...greetings

I  am legitimately interested in your "take" on the 70th week.

Seventy weeks are decreed about your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to put an end to sin, and to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal both vision and prophet, and to anoint a most holy place.25Know therefore and understand that from the going out of the word to restore and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks. Then for sixty-two weeks it shall be built again with squares and moat, but in a troubled time.26And after the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one shall be cut off and shall have nothing. And the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. Its end shall come with a flood, and to the end there shall be war. Desolations are decreed.27And he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week, and for half of the week he shall put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate, until the decreed end is poured out on the desolator.”
Daniel 9:24–27

—————————-

My take on The 70 Weeks:

The anointed one is he messiah or christ, Jesus. The Strong Covenant is Jesus instituting The New Covenant (Luke 22:30), the stopping temple sacrifice for a week is Holy Week (Holy Monday to Easter Sunday) when Jesus dies for the sins of all mankind as the sacrificial Lamb of God & rises from the dead. The desolator mentioned at the end is Titus not the Antichrist. A Jewish Archeologist in Jerusalem said The Abomination that makes Desolate is whenever the Temple is destroyed, so Titus is the desolator, it is intriguing the 70th week correlates with 70 A.D. when Titus desolates and destroys The Temple.

The prophecies of Daniel’s 70 Weeks are fulfilled in 33-70 A.D. by Jesus our Lord and Titus.

Yes, I agree...what does this mean?

It means back around the year 167 bc,a group of Jews who felt they were set apart thought they understood the prophecies of Daniel and began teaching their interpretation of those prophecies. Those men formed a sect called the Pharisees. They interpreted the things taking place in 167 bc as Daniels prophecies about the time of the end and taught them as such so that now, very few people watch those prophecies.Just about everyone ignores them saying they have already been fulfilled.

What I find interesting is the isopsephy value of the name for mark, that is haragma. It adds us to 746.

ΧΑΡΑΓΜΑ = 600 + 1  + 100 + 1 + 3 + 40 +1 = 746

The width of the Parthenon at the stylobate is 30.88 meters. This length was equal to 100 Greek feet. This means that one foot had a length of 0.3088 meters.

If we take 746 feet we get a length of 230.365 meters.

746 Greek feet = 746 x 0.3088 m = 230.365 meters

But the width of the Great Pyramid of Khufu at Giza was measured to be (Cole survey) 230.364 meters.

The Great pyramid was carved out of limestone and granite. The mark in Greek actually means carving.

If this hypothesis is valid then what does it mean to have the pyramid in your right hand and one on your forehead?

It seems to me that once you need to pay for something with a dollar bill, you being right handed, take out of your pocket or wallet the dollar bill, and using your right hand hand it over to whoever you are paying. This dollar bill has the pyramid symbol(mark) on it.

Now what does it mean that the pyramid of the dollar bill is carved on someone’s forehead? It means that dollars, or money in general, is what is on one’s mind. How to make more, how to spend more, or how to stack up more money in the bank or under one’s mattress.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
