   "I" can heal no one.....it is only by the Power of the Holy Spirit that we are healed because of Jesus

 

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.                                                                                                                                                     Matthew 4:23

He said we could do more than even what He did in His Ministry as the Person Jesus......

 

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.                                              John 14:13

James 5:13-16

13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

one can have the gift of healing, but it is not them that heal, it is rather the Holy Spirit of God working through them. me and another Preacher was preaching at an outdoor market once. this young girl stated that she was facing brain surgery due to a tumor, I showed her James chapter 5:13-15, ask her to pray about letting us anoint her, she agreed to it, so we got the Oil out and prayed, she went for her surgery, however, the last test they did right before surgery, showed that it was a bruised spot, instead of a tumor, the surgery was canceled(PRAISE GOD). But as a state when I share James, note it says if they have committed sin it shall be forgiven, there will be a spiritual healing as well. I believe that God could allow someone to pray for you over the internet, If I didn't then All things could not be possible with God. However I would strongly suggest you find a Biblical Church and Do as scripture says. But pray for guidance in this matter, not all Churches that believe in healing are God, wew learn this from Jesus as he told some that had done great works in His name, to depart from Him HE NEVER KNEW THEM!!!

Any of us can pray and ask God to heal. That does not mean that we have the gift. I know one person who is used of God in this way, but he does not pray for people unless God points a person out to him that he should lay hands on and pray for him. He does it in obedience to God. It is not faith that heals. God heals. People don't heal and our prayers don't heal. God heals. YHWH Rapha, Ex 15:26 For I AM the LORD Who heals you.

I have been healed by prayer, and I have seen my wife healed three times now through the power of prayer and the Love of Jesus.

 

Thing is, that when I pray for her I have an overwhelming love for her and her suffering hurts me. I pray with the certainty that God will heal her. I have no doubts, I just pray.

 

The strange thing is that she has allergies, bad ones that sometimes puts her in bed for a day. I have prayed healing over her for this on many occasions, but as yet Jesus has not answered. I don't know why, but that will not stop me praying that His will be done. He will answer in His perfect timing.

The gift of healing, like other gifts, are given to us by the Holy Spirit as He sees fit.

 

1 Corinthians 12:11

But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

 

Personally, I believe that the Holy Spirit gives these gifts as need be, not as some believe, a one time for all times.

I believe the Holy Spirit gives gifts as they are needed, ask for the gift of healing and then pray for healing

 

its always up to God who gets healed if and when were just called to believe and pray

Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. 
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house. 

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
