Blessings Zion,

BFP has given you very good advice to the homeopathic approach, good suppliments & all very accurate....the thing here too is everything like sugar & caffeine does cause an adverse reaction...its the high & then the "crash"because its really a false energy or quick rush....please,wean yourself off the coffee...it is not good to go through the withdrawals, begin by mixing three quarters reg with one quarter de-caf,then half & half until you are gently weaned off the caffeine

If you would like to PM me with information about your body type & blood type & can tell you more about the foods you may be having difficulty with & what is beneficial for you,,,,or I can suggest a book that I think may help you tremendously ....It is written by Dr Joseph Christiano,ND.,C.N.C "Bloodtypes Bodytypes and You"....it is not a diet book although the results usually are weight loss due to the met fat burning process from your metabolism getting into gear, but you will definately get your energy back

                                                                                                                                                  With love,in Christ-Kwik

Oh,my goodness...& of course I am praying for you,Sis

Hi all, I've gone cold turkey on the coffee... :43: ... :13: ... :17:

It's hard, but do-able.  I have a massive headache every evening.  Which is now.

Sugar is harder to simply just cut out, but I haven't had a bar of chocolate in ages!  Now that's what I really miss!!!

But my belly is doing much better!  As for energy: :43: ... :13: ... :17:.......... :20:!!!!!!!

I'll keep trying though!

Blessings, everyone!!!

It took me a long time to not miss chocolate! I have been chocolate free for at least five years now...and don't crave it or miss it anymore. The first year or so was hard.

Try doing a food journal...see how you feel after eating this and that...your problems could be very simple sensitivities...and you could also be dealing with a yeast problem. Yeast can really mess up a body

Thanks guys, I will really research everything everyone's said; some very good advice I feel.

I think the problem is that many foods that we don't even think twice about have been altered in some way by the time they get into our grocery bags... gm, process, preseve, colour, artificial sugar... on and on.

I'm glad I'm getting over the coffee.  I don't actually miss it, but I do wish the head aches and faintness would vanish soon.

Blessings to all :)

Well the tummy troubles are directly the result of coffee.  Irritable Bowel Syndrome-IBS and the number one culprit is coffee.  As a coffee addict I can relate.  Kicking coffee isn't easy and if you find a way let me know lol.  I like the taste too. :35:

One other thing a lot of people don't think about is sleep apnea.  It's not that rare and can cause chronic fatigue syndrome, high blood pressure, heart murmurs, etc...  Sleep Centers are common now and your Dr can prescribe a monitoring session.  You just go there and sleep for 6 hours.

This is way down on the significance list compared to the other problems posted here, but I am looking for some advice:

I have no energy.  I have been drinking a lot of coffee to counter-act this, but to no  avail.  Instead, the coffee has been making me extremely bloated, with a lot of pain and discomfort in my stomach, which I just found out this morning (that it was the coffee - I have had this for at least a few months now)

I know about wholefoods and super foods and grains and pulses and vitamins, I make sure I get my vitamins, but I have trouble with oats and wheat - afterwards I get a serious, persisting, sharp pain in my stomach.  I know it's not the right thing to do, but I'm eating more and more chocolate as a result - which I never used to do!

And I still have no energy.  I do get stuff done, but it's been a very long time since I haven't felt like I'm walking up a very steep incline without a break.  It takes me ages to drop off to sleep, and so I have very late nights, and my kids are always sure to wake me up bright and early.  Then I spend the morning cleaning up spilled milk... [insert strawberry sprouts here] among other things!

Just to be clear, I love my kids with all my beating heart, this is not their fault, and they do try to help Mummy a lot (it's so cute!)

I am not allergic to anything.  The doctors don't really know what to say, but I look to Jesus first and foremost anyway, not them so...

Sound familiar to anyone?  Even if I just get one reply I would appreciate it!

God bless you all so very much!

Much love in Christ :)

that font you had that posted in, I simply can't read with these old eyes.

How much sleep are you getting?

Hallelujah!  Praise the Lord for brother Shiloh!  Buckwheat pancakes!  I have ordered some buckwheat flour (none readily available from local stores) and it's on the way... SHiloh says eating anything buckwheat will give you anything well into the afternoon - don't schedule in lunch!!!  I can't wait, praise Jesus!

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
