There is a big difference between what Peter and John were doing and what these are doing. I see no reason why these should not have simply amended their location slightly to avoid breaking the law. They were not in Gods temple preaching and teaching about God.

I sometime pray or talking to God ...when I am walking in a parking lot, mall, or store.

What I am not to do that anymore ?

You all do know that one can fight against a Law without breaking that Law I hope.
