"Again, that is nothing but an unwarranted assumption. The test was for Abraham's benefit, not God's. God already knew, but He tested Abraham for Abraham's good.
.

So when God told Adam not to eat of the tree in the middle of the garden, knowing full well that they would, causing sin to enter into the world, causing wickedness and evil, and causing God to admit that it repented Him for having made man because of their sinful wicked ways;

"And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." (Gen. 6:5),

"And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart." (Gen. 6:6).

And mans evil wicked ways caused God to destroy mankind and start over with Noah the only one who was righteous;

"And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them." (Gen. 6:7).

And causing the Word to become flesh and die a terrible death to save mankind, that this was, "all for our own good," and not because God gave Adam free will and Adam made the wrong choices, causing God to change His plan for man and usher in plan two?

God and the Word had already planed for the Word to become flesh, "IF" Adam failed as he did. Had Adam not failed he would have been granted access to the tree of life and the Word would not have had to become flesh and die.

Do you believe God makes you want to love and obey Him, or do you believe God gives you free choice to love and obey Him?

You say I am ignoring many Scriptures and twisting and making assumptions on others, So I suppose we can all strike these Scriptures out of our Bibles which plainly state that God is in Heaven because Jesus must be wrong, according to you, God is not in Heaven, He is everywhere?

I will start by scratching out these, not one, not two, not three, not even four, but these nine!

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN." (Matt. 7:21).

"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN." (Matt. 10:32).

"But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN." (Matt. 10:33).

"For whosoever shall do the will of my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. (Matt. 12:50).

"And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN." (Matt. 16:17).

"Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN." (Matt. 18:10).

"Even so it is not the will of your Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN, that one of these little ones should perish." (Matt.18:14).

"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father WHICH IS IN HEAVEN." (Matt. 18:19).

"So likewise shall my HEAVENLY FATHER do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses." (Matt.18:35)

"And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, WHICH IS IN HEAVEN." (Matt. 23:9).

God is not is omnipresent . . .

My God is bigger than yours.

So you keep saying. How big is bigger? Is it bigger or biggest, or is it gigantic?

And you didn't finish your above statment; Na-na,nana-Nuh? Lol.

you asked?

"Did God make heaven?"
.

Your running mate couldn,t wait more that 2 minutes to add his, Oh Ahh, let me, let me, comment,

"great question.

cant wait for the answer."

.

Can't wait to have a laugh mate? You going to stay up all night waiting are you? Was that really a great question? Are you sure you couldn't come up with a better one that that? Fancy asking someone, if God, as you asked, "make" heaven? Or do you truly not know?

I can give you both a Scriptural question if you like, which I am sure neither of you would be able to answer, But I wouldn't want to embarrass you both, nor would you want to be embarrased.

I should refrain from answering because this is purley a loaded question to try and trip me up or make me look foolish.

Jesus Christ, in Matthew 7:6, warns us against careless dispensing of sacred things. In other words, dont force truth upon rebels who reject it, and dont give holy things to fault finders, mote hunters, and evil speakers.

Seeing you asked nicely, I will give you all the Scriptures which show that God did indeed create Heaven, and what Heaven is like, just in case you are truly interested and not out to make me look foolish, which I believe is the case here.

FOR THOSE STILL INTERESTED AND FOLLOWING THIS THREAD, HEAVEN IS IN FACT A CREATED PLACE. The Bible, just as it is very clear on every subject, it is also very clear on this particular subject, The Creation of Heaven. Where God lived before He created the Heavens is not mentioned in Scripture, but as an eternal being He did exist somewhere, but He has for His won reasons chosen not to tell us at this time.

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." (Gen. 1:1).

"Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: (Isa.42:5).

"For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else." (Isa. 45:18).

"For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." (Col.1:16-17).

"Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee." (Neh.9:6).

"Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands" (Ps. 102:25). IHeaven where God is now is similar to the Earth in many ways, (Gen.1:1; Heb.11:8-16). In this last passage it is called a "BETTER COUNTRY" than the earth. Heaven, therefore, is not an invisible nothing or a cloud floating in space where saints sit and play Jew's harps forever.

THERE ARE IN FACT THREE HEAVENS. Besides Heaven where God dwells (Gen. 21:17; 22:11, 15: 2 Cor. 12:1-3; Deut. 26:15; 1 Kings 8:30;38, 43, 49) there are two other spheres called Heaven. Paul speaks of three heavens (2 Cor. 12:1-3) The third Heaven here is called the paradise where God lives. The other two heavens are: the clouds (Gen.1:8; 7:23; 8:2; Job 38:9, 34; Isa. 14:14; Jer.51:16) and the starry space between the Earth and the planet Heaven (Gen. 1:15-20; 22:17; Isa.14:12-14; Ps. 8:3).

HEAVEN IS THE CAPITOL OF THE UNIVERSE, for God has His capitol city, the New Jerusalem, His capitol building, the Heavenly Temple or Tabernacle, and His throne in the Temple in Heaven. This city is described by John in Rev.21-22. Scripture plainly teaches that God's capitol city will continue to be in Heaven until the end of the Millenium and then it will be moved from Heaven to the Earth (Rev.21:2, 9-21). Many Scriptures speak of God's throne being in Heaven. (Ps. 103:19; Rev.4:1-2). That God has a real temple in Heaven is clear from Rev.4-5; 11:19; 14:17; 16:17. That Jesus now sits beside His Father in Heaven is also made clear from the many Scriptures I have provided in earlier posts.

GOD CREATED, OWNS AND RULES THE ENTIER UNIVERSE FROM THE HEAVENS OF HEAVENS (Gen. 14:19,22; Ps. 11:4; 89:11; Luke 10:21; 11:2). He also owns the Earth and all things in the universe, but at present this planet is in rebellion against Him. This is why Jesus will be sent from Heaven with the armies of Heaven to sieze this rebellious part of the universe and restore Gods absolute rule on Earth as before the rebellion started (1 Cor. 15:24-28; Rev. 19:1-21; 20:1-10 Zech. 14; Jude 14; 2 Thess. 1:7-10; Joel 3; Matt. 24:29-31; 25:31-46).

THE LOCATION OF HEAVEN IS IN THE NORTHERN PART OF THE UNIVERSE. (Isa.14:12-14). In Scripture we are told that Lucifer led a rebellion into Heaven into the sides of the North. In Ps.75:6-7 we are told that promotion comes not from the south, east, or west, but from Lord and therefore from the north.

HEAVEN IS INHABITED (! Kings 22:19; 2 Chron. 18:18; Matt.18:10; 22:30; 24:36; Rev. 12:12; 13:6). Armies and hosts of Heaven are mentioned an number of times as seen in these passages and in Dan. 4:35; Luke 2:13; Rev. 19:14. These inhabitants are listed in part as common angels, archangels, seraphim, cherubim and other spirit beings. Heavenly bodies are mentioned in 1 Cor. 15:48-49. Rejocing in Heaven is referred to by the inhabitants in Heaven (Ps. 96:11; 148:1, 4; Isa.44:23; Rev. 12:12). 8. Paul speaks of "the invisible things" in Heaven as being like the visible things on Earth; that is the things in Heaven are just like the things on Earth. (Rom. 1:20). The word "things" is used in many passages in referring to realities in Heaven. (Phil. 2:10; Col 1:16-20; Heb. 8:12; 9:23). We know from Scripture that in Heaven there are Cities (Rev.21), mansions (John 14:1-3), trees, rivers (Rev.22:1-3), fountains of water (Rev. 7:17), food (Ex.16:4; Ps.78:25: 105:40; John 6:31-51: Luke 22:16, 18, 30; Rev. 2:7, 17: 19:1-10; 22:1-3), animals (2 Kings 2:11-12; 6:13-17; Zech. 1:8-11: 6:1-8; Rev. 19:11-14, 21: Rom. 1:20), furniture tongs (Isa.6:6), fire and coals (Isa. 6:6; Rev.8:5) censer and incense (Rev. 8:4-6), smoke (Rev. 8:4; 15:8), musical instruments (Rev. 5:8; 14:1-5; 15:2-4), clothes (Dan. 7:9; Rev. 1:13; 6:9-11), stones (Rev. 2:17), books (Rev. 3:5; 5:1-7; 10:1-11; 20:11-15), Also mentioned in Scripture are, vials or bowls, crowns, thunderings, lightnings, clouds, lamps, a sea of glass, singing, worship, palm trees, temples, silence, so there must also be noise at other times, trumpets, hail, mountains, keys and chains, measuring sticks, olive trees, the ark of the testament, doors, posts, girdles, pearls, diamonds and other precious stones, walls, gates, gold in abundance, streets, fruits, banquets, and many other inumerable things. If the invisible things in the heavenlies are clearly seen by the things on Earth, as Paul taught in Rom. 1:20, then we have a right to believe that there are in Heaven the same kind of things that we have on Earth. We have no right to make an exception of any good thing that God created and intended for man to have before the fall. Several natural men have gone to Heaven and have come back or will later come back. They are Enoch (Gen.5:22; Heb. 11:5), Elijah (2 Kings 2), Paul (2 Cor. 12:1-4), and John (Rev. 4:1). The first two of these men are still in Heaven living a natural life and will come back as the two witnesses of Zech. 4:11-14; Rev. 11:3-13).

"Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and YE THAT DWELL IN THEM. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time." (Revelation 12:12).

Enoch has been in Heaven over 5,142 years and Elijah has been there over 3,500 years and they are still eating, drinking, and enjoying life in Heaven. If we will understand such statements made above as literal, then the doctrin of the Heavenly world will no longer be a mystery to anyone.

"Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me." (John 5:39). Dont just read them, search all of them.

Here is a simple question for you HAZARD, if God can be every where at once then why can't he be in heaven and every where at the same time. I don't know but this does not seem to difficult to really understand. God is all knowing and is every were from beginning of time to end of time.

Your right God did come out and repent the creation of man because of the wickedness in man and was going to wipe out mankind, but then instead he choose to show mercy as well, which mirror what he would do through Christ. What it shows is a the greatness of God but also his consistence if you ask me. which just validates the bible and makes it more the word of God because it's consistent with the nature of God, he doesn't change.

Sorry I don't have scriptures down by heart, which is why I'm not using them.

Nope. The Bible teaches that Jesus was the lamb slain before the foundations of the earth. God already knew man would fail, and God already had a plan in place. God, being all knowning, already had the plan of redemption in place when man fell. So God did not have to change to a new plan.

God and the Word had already planed for the Word to become flesh, "IF" Adam failed as he did.
From God's perspective there is no if. God knows the beginning from the end.

You say I am ignoring many Scriptures and twisting and making assumptions on others, So I suppose we can all strike these Scriptures out of our Bibles which plainly state that God is in Heaven because Jesus must be wrong, according to you, God is not in Heaven, He is everywhere?
I never said God was not in heaven. God is in Heaven AND He is everywhere else in the universe.

If God is not omnipresent and omniscient, then I cannot trust that He hears all of my prayers, much less the prayers of all of the saints. I cannot trust that He knows all of my needs. No one can trust that God is able to answer their prayers or meet all of their needs. That requires a God who can be in more than one place at any given time on the planet.

Your "god" is a pathetic pagan entity that you have concocted in your vain imaginings. No TRUE Christian, no authentic follower of Jesus Christ will accept/believe the nonsense you teach.

I like the symbolism of an apple. Jesus was the one that was visible to man-apple skin. God is the source that fills the skin and gives substance to the apple and the seeds (Holy Spirit) will be the evidence of that fruit in us. All make up the apple - you cannot have just the skin, or the flesh of the apple without the skin, and there will be no reproduction of the fruit without the seed of the Holy Spirit. 3 in 1 each have their part yet cannot be alone.

A skin will wither and dry. The flesh will wither and dry and the seeds have nothing to replicate if there is no fruit from which it came.

The Father spoke the Word, the (Word) Creator created the design and the Spirit reproduced the work of the Creator. All are individual, have their duties, so to speak, yet are ONE.They were from the beginning nothing was done that was done without each having their part, yet you cannot have One without the Others.

Colossians 2:9

Show me "ONE," (1), Scripture verse which clearly says, "God is in Heaven and everywhere else in the universe at the same time."

All I have done is quote hundreds of Scriptures in which God has clearly and plainly revealed revealed Himself to us.

I will end with this.

"But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:" (Acts 24:14).

Runningator's reply to me offering him a question;

"Ahhh, please."
.

Heres my question for you. I will be surprised I you can come up with the right answer by your self. Good luck!

"The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit" (John 3:8).

What does this Scripture teach?

I am working off the scriptures YOU provide. I don't have to provide any Scriptures when I can easily show that you don't have any skill or competence where interpretation of Scripture is concerned. Your views are more cultic than Christian.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
