  1. I agree there are lots of times people in the OT showed faith and or lived by faith. I believe in the new covenant without any old law mixed in just as described in the NT
  2. Sounds like they were hit harder than the U.S. was.
  3. U.S. government always did pay well to contractors. I am sure they made money once we went into Da Nang, Vietnam was the only dangerous spot we went to.
  4. When I think of groups this how I usually break them down Jews, Gentiles, Church that believe in God only and follow old law old covenant only. Jews, Gentiles, Church that believe in The Son of God and follow Jesus in Faith new law new covenant. Jews,Gentiles, Church that do not believe in God at all or Jesus. Jews, Gentiles, Church that mix old and new law and mix old and new covenant. No matter which group one is in God the Father picked Israel as his chosen nation. Ex 19 5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: 6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. He chose them, taught them, he scattered and punished them and he is bringing them back as He said and he will save them. When the Jews rejected Jesus the Gentiles did not replace them they were added in. The Jews are still Gods chosen people. The church does not replace Gods chosen People we were added in through the new covenant and Gods chosen people will accept the Son of God before the end. Ez 36 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. 25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. 26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. 28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. the verses above describe the new covenant given to Israel which is to come
  5. I was in the Philippines for 60 days and had to fly to Saudi and spent 20 days waiting on a ship. This was a merchant Marine ship we hauled Jp4 jet fuel to bases around the world. The ship was owned by one of the Catholic churches in New York that had a contract with U.S. government to move jet Fuel. Some of the countries we went to we docked there was no US base there it sold U.S. Jp4 we would load of Jp4 and deliver to a U.S.base in another country.
  6. The part I was in had no mountains like she went through pretty country.

    wea and UN

  8. https://worldea.org/our-family/church-networks/ even churches promote the UN. I would feel sure some members do not know their church is doing this. Since its formation in 1846, the WEA has been concerned about human rights in general and religious freedom in particular. Over the past years, WEA’s engagement at the United Nations in Bonn, Geneva and New York has gained momentum leading to the creation of the Global Advocacy Department to unite and coordinate these efforts. If one partners with the UN I would think they are going along with the UN plan and financially supporting too. I will post a 9 minute video if interested it will be there.
  9. thanks I like a little background on people I see, hear on video.

Thanks. About the only thing I know of the beginnings of the bible of today is the committee on the kjv. Before that I had always thought the apostle's wrote their letters in Hebrew.
  12. These are nice video's reminds me of being in different countries and i did a lot of riding in the US back in the day. I went to season 1 ep 1 and was surprised she started in India. I had guessed somewhere in Europe maybe
  13. Brings to mind Matt 5 22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

    John 3:16

I thought the torah was written first in Hebrew. So why would one use Greek over Hebrew? Just asking because I really don't know much about this.
