It just seems to me that 3 or 4 counties loosing power is better than 3 or 4 states loosing power like we currently use. I am familliar with somewhat huge batteries having install phone systems to run whole towns and counties. We installed many a 300 pound battery to run the town/county when the electric was out the phones still worked. I would think co2 could be captured and used. I wonder how expensive steam would be when I was on a ship we heated water to 300 degrees the piped it to another boiler and heated to 600 degrees and then piped it to 900 super heated steam and it ran the ship.
