Isn't that a conundrum ? It's not a matter of faith, but a matter of growth sir. I want to move forward at some pace, but I realize there are time that my failings hinder His Spirit. I must be there at this point.

Thanks everyone. The walls vary with each of us I guess, depending on our individuality in Christ. Mine has come late in life, surprisingly. It may be a dry season, or simply my own failure to listen as ya'll have suggested ( which I am truly grateful for the input ). For those who asked for something more specific, it seems that my " growth " is stunted. I rejoice in where I am, and will wait on the LORD, but feel that I have been exactly where I am for quite some time. I figure it's my own fault and will pray about it. Again, thank you all for the concern and responses. That alone has given me inspiration to seek what I am lacking.

Amen. We are known by Jesus, and by God for who we really are.

All of creation is fallible. The only perfection is found in the creator and His Son, who is our savior, Jesus.

Brother or sister, I could ( meditate on your teaching ) , but it would AGAIN lead me to the same place I am in Christ Jesus. If that puzzles you I will not apologize. I have hope, a promise from God, and assurance in my savior.

If you allow him to get away with such nonsense they will continue to bully you ( my opinion ) . If you play their game ( physical confrontation ), they may win. Be as innocent as a dove, but wise as a serpent . Handle this as such.

The law is not gone and I never said it was. If you choose to live by it rather than grace, that is your choice.

Whatever the cause, a lot of folks lost their lives or loved ones. My hope is not in things in this world but in things above.

Well, name them brother. We all would like to know what you know. I think it's more personal than the assembly itself, though that is very important for growth ( but perhaps to gain a perspective of contrast ) ? Where two or more are gathered in HIS name, ....

Depends on whom you ask I suppose. What God defines it as is, and how we adopt HIS definition is the important thing right ?
