Hmm, I think of words of my boss and pastor of some years, who after receiving  praise for his talk/sermon by an attendee said as reminder to himself more than for me to hear as we walked down the hallway. "That comes straight from Satan, that I not be humbly giving all glory to God but  instead be grabbing some for myself. I do so hate that challenge" After hearing that one I never said a favorable word after he spoke a "sermon" less I tempt his heart and hurt his ministering of the word of God.

Granted that organic in our physical world pertains to the seen, that is, biological life that we can touch.  But all of what is seen was made by the unseen God, Who is life itself. So I think the author of that devotional uses "organic" in a deeper sense, meaning it is pertaining to life - in this case, God's life. So while the word "organic" is not specifically used in the bible, the pictures of this life He gives are things like seeds, vines and fruit.  These are all organic things, meaning they share the trait of having life.  And we have been "grafted in" according to Romans 11, and now share in the same divine life and nature! Does that make sense? 

Organic; relating to or derived from living matter. (Flesh) things that are natural or related to nature. (Natural, sinful, man) We are all one as fallen man, naturally, before being reborn, of the SPIRIT.  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Where in scripture do you find "The organic oneness between believers" ? Thanks VA..
